The day before christmas eve

A day working at fw full..
Nice day working with great ppl..
Business is getting poorer & poorer...
Some KNN ppl never pay the bill..

Ooh..this cute Xmas cup cake
is from the customer.
So nice of them..
Good service shows the best.
But just wondering,
why someone couldn't make it.
